Who we are

Bharat Utthan Sangh (BUS), a Non-profit Organization, is founded by Adv. Shri Rakesh K. Singh, Founder Managing Trustee.

BUS is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 on 5th October, 2004 vide Registration No.E-22066 (Mumbai).

BUS is granted Certificate under Section 80-G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 bearing No.CIT (E)/ 80G/1602/2016-17

Objectives:

• Education to the needy, irrespective of caste, class and creed throughout the length and breadth of the nation.
• For promoting Medical and Legal aid
• For promoting harmony and to develop the spirit of oneness amongst masses.
• Working for reforms at governance level and in this regard being a guiding force in policy making, execution and
• coordination so that reforms touches the bottom level of the society in a meaningful manner.
